Zucchini logs image

Quick way for an appetizer

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 medium zucchini squeeze dry
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Shred zucchini and squeeze dry between paper towels.
  • 2. Mix cheese,egg,panko,and salt and pepper. Add dried zucchini.
  • 3. Scoop by talblespoons onto baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees.Turning halfway until golden brown
