Steps:
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and soda. Mix together beaten eggs, oil and vanilla. Add all together and mix. Add zucchini and nuts. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until done. Let stand until cool and then remove.
