"Most lasagnas have too much salt and fat for me, so I came up with this version," notes Dorothea Rickner of Rochester, New York. "It's fairly easy to prepare and goes great with a salad and toasted garlic bread."

Overall, I thought this ziti lasagna was a good recipe. It was easy to make and it turned out well. I would definitely make it again, but I would make a few changes to the recipe to suit my own taste.

I found this ziti lasagna to be a bit bland. I would probably add some more spices to the sauce next time, or maybe use a different type of cheese.

This ziti lasagna was a bit too cheesy for my taste. I would probably use less cheese next time, or maybe substitute some of the ricotta cheese with cottage cheese.

I love that this recipe uses ziti noodles instead of lasagna noodles. It makes the lasagna easier to assemble, and it cooks more evenly.

I'm not a big fan of ricotta cheese, so I substituted cottage cheese instead. It turned out great! The lasagna was still creamy and flavorful, but without the overpowering ricotta taste.
