Zingy Peach Vinaigrette image

Oh MY! That's what I said when I first tasted this! I created this zingy peach dressing to pep up a boring low carb salad. It's simply scrumptious!! Use a soft ripe peach to get all that sweet juicy peach flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 ripe peach, sliced into chunks (with skin)
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp splenda brown sugar blend
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp sriracha sauce, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients, except sriracha sauce, in a blender; blend until smooth. Stir in sriracha until you reach the level of spiciness you like. Serve. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
