Zesty Spanish Rice Low Fat image

This is a twist on the regular Spanish rice. I stumbled upon this by accident when I opened a can of "Herdez Salsa Verde Mexicana picante" instead of green chillies. I decided to throw it in and see how it turned out. The rice turned out great. I love the flavor and it's low fat!!

This recipe was okay. The rice was a bit dry and the vegetables were not very flavorful. I think I would try a different recipe next time.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. Otherwise, it was a good recipe and I would try it again with some adjustments.

The rice was a bit bland for my taste, but I think that's because I didn't add enough salt. Other than that, it was a good recipe and I would make it again.

This Spanish rice dish was a great success! The flavors were vibrant and the texture was perfect. I especially enjoyed the zesty kick from the citrus and the smokiness from the paprika. My family loved it too - it was a definite crowd-pleaser.
