Main Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Olive Oil;
1 medium-size onion, finely chopped;
3 small garlic cloves, finely chopped;
1 pound (about 500 grams) lean ground beef;
1 large can (about 800 mL) diced tomatoes;
1 small can tomato paste;
Seasonings:
1/4 teaspoon pepper;
1/4 teaspoon paprika;
Small dash cayenne pepper;
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce;
1 teaspoon sugar;

I'm not a fan of the texture of this sauce. I prefer a smoother sauce.

This sauce is a bit too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less red pepper flakes.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used tofu instead of meat. It was a great substitute, and the sauce was still delicious.

This sauce is a great way to use up leftover meat. I always have some leftover chicken or beef in the fridge, and this is a delicious way to use it up.

I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I substituted tomato paste for the diced tomatoes. It worked perfectly!
