Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375* Spread carrots in shallow baking dish.
- 2. Mix carrot water,onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over carrots.
- 3. Mix together bread or cracker crumbs with melted butter, and place on top of carrots. Top with a dash of paprika, and bake for 15 minutes.. Enjoy!
