ZESTY AVOCADO - CILANTRO - BUTTERMILK DRESSING
Steps:
- Blend avocado, buttermilk, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, scallion, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and cumin in a blender until smooth.
- Note: Leave jalapeno pepper seeds in for a spicier dressing.
- Note: For a thinner dressing add more buttermilk. For a thicker dip use less.
