This easy semi-quiche is good served as a vegetable dish or with cheese sauce as a main course. I found this in an old church cookbook and made it my own. This dish will make even the most specktic love spinach. My whole family loves this dish and even my visitors rave about it.

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish in 350 degree oven and remove. In a large bowl, beat eggs well. Add flour, half and half, salt, and baking powder. Mixing well. add cheese and spinach. Mix well. Spoon into baking dish and level.Add parmesean cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until top is slightly browned. Take out, cool for 45 minutes, cut into squares. [ this freezes well. After thawing, reheat at 325 degrees for approximately 12 minutes]
