1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or 3 tablespoons light cream

Steps:

  • Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Slip out yolks.
  • Mash with fork; mix in seasonings and dressing.
  • Fill whites with yolk mixture heaping it up lightly.
