- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
- 2. Cut Bacon in half. Wrap each smokey in a piece of bacon.
- 3. Place in baking dish.
- 4. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake til bacon is done and the sugar is melted
