- 1. Place coleslaw mix and apples in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Add mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper. Then add the apple cider vinegar.
- 3. Mix all ingredients.
- 4. Chill 1 hour up to overnight and serve. I never have leftovers and often double this recipe. You can add more or fewer apples according to your taste.
