I made these last night at work and everyone loved them. These are a soft festive cookies with craisins, butterscotch and chocolate chips, and walnut pieces. The perfect Santa's cookie.

Steps:
- 1. beat together egg, sugars, and butter. add the vanilla and flour with the baking soda, baking powder and salt added. Mix well.
- 2. Stir in the nuts craisins and the two kinds of chips.
- 3. Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes until just done. Do NOT over bake.
