Can't believe this has never been posted. Wonderful spread. Guests can never figure out what is in it. The chicken is cans of Underwood chicken spread. Prep time does not include refrigeration time.

- Mix together vinegar, chicken, mayo, pecans, ginger, salt & onion. Form into a mound on serving plate. Top entirely with sour cream & chives. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.Serve with your favorite crackers.
