Yellow Squash Saute image

This is a wonderful side dish and very easy! You can add zucchini and more butter for a little varity. Very tasty!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 yellow squash
1 medium onion
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
garlic salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Slice the Squash and onion.
  • Add to butter in frying pan.
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper as desired.
  • Saute until Tender.
  • Serve hot.
