I'm not sure what went wrong, but my patties turned out mushy. I think I'll try grating the squash next time instead of chopping it.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I substituted the Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast. The patties turned out great!

These patties were delicious, but they were a bit too oily for my taste. I think I'll try using less oil next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the patties fell apart when I tried to flip them. I think I'll try adding an egg to the batter next time.

These patties were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I'm not a big fan of squash, but these patties were surprisingly good. The bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese really helped to balance out the flavor of the squash.

These patties were easy to make and very tasty. I added a little bit of chopped onion and garlic to the batter and they were even better.

I made these patties last night and they were a big hit! I used zucchini instead of yellow squash and they turned out great.
