3 (7 ounce) packages yakisoba noodles or 3 (7 ounce) packages angel hair pasta
1/4 lb pork (sliced or ground)
1 carrot
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
4 shiitake mushrooms (optional)
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Steps:

  • Mix Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and oyster sauce together.
  • Heat oil to medium high heat.
  • Sauté pork, then add vegetables, cook until soft, but not too soft.
  • Add cooked Yakisoba and Sauce.
  • Your done!
