I was disappointed with this recipe. The shrimp was overcooked and the casserole was bland. I won't be making this again.

This was a good recipe, but I made a few changes. I used ground turkey instead of shrimp and I added some black beans and corn. It turned out great!

I've made this casserole several times and it's always a hit. It's so easy to make and the leftovers are even better the next day. I love that I can use any kind of shrimp I have on hand.

I'm not a fan of shrimp, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The flavors were well-balanced and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this again, even if I had to use a different protein.
