This tortoni is a great way to use up leftover cookies. I had a bunch of Oreo cookies that were about to go stale, so I used them to make this dessert.

I had some trouble getting the tortoni to set. I think I might have over-blended the ingredients.

This tortoni is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if there was less sugar in the recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of cookies and cream, but I really enjoyed this tortoni. The flavors are well-balanced and the texture is smooth and creamy.

This tortoni is the perfect make-ahead dessert. I made it a few days ahead of time and it was just as good as when I first made it.
