1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 bananas
3/4 cup sour milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Beat the sugar oil and eggs. then add bananas and blend the rest. pour out on to greased 9 x 13 cookie sheet. bake at 350 until browned on top (about 30 minutes).
