Wonderful Apricot Cobbler image

A family favorite! This cobbler has a wonderful crunchy crumb topping, with a delicious bubbly apricot center. Although I have never tryed it, you could probably make this using canned peaches in place of the apricots.

I'm allergic to apricots, so I substituted them with peaches. The cobbler was still delicious!

This recipe is a great starting point, but I made a few changes to suit my own taste. I used a mix of apricots and peaches, and I added a bit of cinnamon to the filling. The cobbler turned out perfectly!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my cobbler didn't turn out as good as I hoped. The filling was a bit runny and the topping was too dry.

This cobbler was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

This apricot cobbler was a delight! The filling was perfectly balanced between tart and sweet, and the cobbler topping was crispy and golden brown. I served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it was the perfect summer dessert.
