Found this in a news paper. But then i was hinking that my dad used to make some thing like this. So i got his recipe out and tryed it. Wow very good.

Steps:
- 1. pre-heat oven to 350 in a large bowl,combine all meat.Add bell peppers,onoin,mushrooms,panko crumbs,egg,stake seasoning,and marina. Mix with your hands kneading well to incorporate.
- 2. Line a 9-by-5-by-3 inch lof pan with bacon. Pack meatloaf mix into pan,then gently invert onto a by-13 inch backing dish,Sprinkle with salt,ground pepper and garlic powder.
- 3. Bake he meatloaf for 1 hour,then increase the heat to 400 and continue to bake untill bacon is crisp
- 4. remove and set a side for 10-15 min before serving
