Whole Wheat Honey Casserole Bread image

Casserole breads are easy to make and there is not too much fussing and they make DELICIOUS toast. They are also nice with soups. There isn't much kneading, if any, and they smell so good while baking waiting for that soup.

I'm not sure why this recipe calls for honey. I think it would be just as good without it.

This bread is a great way to use up leftover honey. I always have a jar of honey in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that uses it up.

I love the idea of using honey in bread, but I found that this recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my bread didn't rise as much as I thought it would. Maybe I didn't knead it long enough?

This bread is a bit denser than I expected, but it's still very tasty.

I love the subtle sweetness of the honey in this bread. It's the perfect balance to the nutty flavor of the whole wheat flour.
