Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix just until smooth.
  • Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
  • Use an 8x8 square pan or 12 muffin tins.
