Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. 2. In another bowl, Mash banana, add in the milk, vanilla extract and egg to it. 3. Whisk together the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients stirring to combine. Add in melted butter and stir until batter is somewhat smooth. 4. Cook like pancakes (in a pre-heated pan or griddle until you see bubbles and flip).
