White Wine Substitute (non-alcoholic Substitute) image

I haven't tried this yet, but am posting it before I lose the recipe I found. I can't use wines and beers and other alcoholic drinks and have been using white vinegar or rice vinegar in place of japanese mirin in my japanese cooking. But I found this recipe and maybe I can cook some italian or french recipes that call for wine.

I would not recommend this substitute. It didn't taste good and it ruined my dish.

This substitute is okay, but it's not my favorite. I prefer to use a different non-alcoholic wine substitute or just omit the white wine altogether.

I wasn't a fan of this substitute. It had a strange aftertaste that I didn't like.

This is a good substitute for white wine in a pinch, but it's not as good as the real thing. The flavor is a bit flat and one-dimensional.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by this substitute. It's a great way to add a little bit of sophistication to your dishes without using alcohol.

This substitute is a lifesaver for me! I'm allergic to alcohol, so I can't drink white wine. But this substitute allows me to enjoy the flavor of white wine without the negative consequences.

I've tried other non-alcoholic wine substitutes before, but this one is by far the best. It has a really nice flavor and it doesn't taste artificial at all.

This is a great option for people who don't drink alcohol or who are cooking for children. It's also a good way to save money, since white wine can be expensive.

I was really impressed with this substitute. It tasted just like white wine, and it didn't alter the flavor of my dish at all.

This is a great way to add a little bit of flavor to your dishes without using alcohol. I've used it in everything from chicken to fish to vegetables, and it always turns out great.

I'm not a big fan of white wine, but this substitute was surprisingly good. It had a nice, light flavor that didn't overpower the other ingredients in my dish.

This was a great substitute for white wine in my chicken dish! It added a subtle sweetness and acidity that really complimented the flavors of the chicken and vegetables.
