Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 15" x 10" jelly roll pan. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Beat butter and sugars in large mixing bowl. After creamed, add eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Add flour and mix on low speed until mixed. Add quick oats and mix on low speed until mixed. Finally add chocolate chips, coconut and craisins and mix on low speed until well blended. Pour the mixture onto the jelly roll pan. The dough will be tough to work with, it will take a little while to spread it out evenly onto the jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. If using a cushair pan, it can bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and cut into squares.
