White Chocolate Apricot Biscotti image

Amazing cookies so much flavour. I dip mine in bittersweet chocolate for a fancier cookie. Easy to vary ingredients in this recipe, try using candied ginger and hazelnuts or brazilnuts instead of apricots and almonds.

These biscotti are way too expensive. I can get a better deal at the store.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my biscotti didn't come out right. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These biscotti were a lot of work to make, and they didn't turn out as good as I had hoped.

I think these biscotti would be better if they were made with dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.

These biscotti are perfect for dunking in coffee or tea. They're also a great snack to have on hand when you need something sweet.

I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate, but these biscotti are still really good. The apricots add a nice tartness that balances out the sweetness of the chocolate.

These biscotti turned out perfectly! The white chocolate and apricot flavors complemented each other beautifully, and the biscotti had just the right amount of crunch. I will definitely be making these again.
