1 teaspoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, undrained
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon vegetarian chicken flavored broth mix
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke

Steps:

  • In Dutch oven saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
  • Add in all other ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  • Cover and cook 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Also great to do in crockpot all day long.
