My mom always makes these for the family Christmas party. She calls them white castles. They always go fast:). Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Add ground beef and onion soup mix to medium pan and brown meat over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- 2. Add cheese and mix until melted. I like a good amount of cheese. You really just need enough to keep the mixture together.
- 3. Preheat oven to 375. (Crescent roll directions).
- 4. Open crescents, unroll, an separate into 8 triangles. Use scissors to cut lengthwise down each crescent triangle, turning 8 triangles into 16. Put a small amount of meat mixture on the widest part of the triangle and roll up trying to cover most of the meat inside. Place on a foil covered cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until golden, according to the crescent roll package directions.
- 5. Enjoy:)
