Steps:
- 1. Mix brown sugar, whiskey, and ketchup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Add hot dogs and simmer another 30 minutes or until reduced enough to just glaze the hot dogs.
- 2. Serve warm with toothpicks
