This is a fabulous addition to prime rib and other cuts of beef. The whipped cream tones down the heat of the horseradish, so even kids like this. Plus it's pretty! You can substitute 1/4 cup of freshly grated horseradish for the 3 tablespoons of prepared horseradish.

1 cup heavy cream
1 pinch white pepper, or to taste
1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add a few extra ingredients to give it more flavor. I usually add some minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

This sauce was really easy to make, but it didn't have much flavor. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I followed the recipe, but my sauce turned out too thin. I had to add more mayonnaise to thicken it up.
