This recipe goes back to the 50's. My mom made them all the time and was always a favorite. She got the recipe off a Wheaties cereal box.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350*
- 2. Cream sugars, eggs and shortening together
- 3. Add soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla
- 4. Add coconut and flour then stir in wheaties
- 5. These are drop cookies so drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets Bake approximately 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
