Steps:
- Brown ground beef with onion, green or red pepper, celery and garlic. Add can of tomato juice (you may need to add some water if seems too thick). Add egg noodles and cook on medium until almost soft but not mushy. (Look at pkg to tell you the amount of time). Add chili powder and frozen corn. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Spray 2 casserole dishes with cooking spray. Divide the contents of the pot between the two dishes. Cover with cheddar cheese slices. Cook, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
