This recipe has been a family favorite for many years. i found the recipe in a package of franks years ago. It's very easy, thrifty and very very good.

WEINER POTATO SCALLOP
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
dash pepper
5 c potatoes, boiled and sliced
1 lb favorite weiners, cut in coin type slices
!/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp butter or margerine
directions
blend soup,milk, and pepper add potatoes
onions and green pepper.turn into greased
2 qt casserol. put dots of buter or margerine on.
bake uncovered in 350 degree over for 45
minutes.
