WeightWatchers Raspberry Vinaigrette image

1/2 pint raspberries
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons Splenda granular (artificial sweetener)
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Done! Adjust salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Goes great on a summery salad, or one with oranges and apples!
