Weight Watchers No Fat Carrot Raisin Salad Recipe image

1/2 cup raisins
2 cups carrots, shredded
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. make the dressing by combining yogurt, lemon juice, cinnamon and honey 2. add carrots, raisins and pineapple 3. chill for at least 15 minutes before serving
