1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F Sprinkle cod with salt and pepper; put in baking dish. Mix tomato sauce, wine, and oregano; pour over cod. Cover and bake 10-15 minutes.
