1 18 oz box spice cake mix
1 can(s) 15 ozs pumpkin (not pie mix regular pumpkin)
1 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in mixer
  • 2. Fill mini muffin tins 3/4 full
  • 3. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350, they will be moist and taste like pumpkin pie.
