Watergate Salad image

My youngest son, LOVES this salad. I grew up on it and so did my dad, its just yet another one of those salads you will see at my Father's side of the family for dinners and holidays.. :) Yet an refreshing salad for summer too :) Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg (3oz) instant pistachio pudding
1 can(s) 15 or 20 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
2 c mini marshmallows
1 pkg ( 9oz) cool whip
1/2 c pecan nuts

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the pudding(careful not to over mix the whipped cream) into the whipped cream and add remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Enjoy!
