A healthier way of cooking chicken, this recipe comes from Mrs. Watford, my fifth grade teacher.

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • 1. Salt and pepper the chicken. Place the chicken in a well-greased skillet. Cook lightly on both sides. Cover the chicken completely with water. Wait until the water is completely gone and an orange crust forms over the chicken.
