I would recommend this recipe to others. They're easy to make and they're a great way to use up leftover manchego cheese.

Overall, I thought these popovers were just okay. They were easy to make, but they weren't as flavorful as I had hoped.

These popovers were a bit bland. I think I'll add some herbs or spices next time.

I had some trouble getting the popovers to rise. I think I overmixed the batter.

These popovers were a bit too cheesy for my taste, but they were still good.

I'm not a huge fan of manchego cheese, but I still enjoyed these popovers. They were light and fluffy, and the cheese flavor was subtle.

These popovers were amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly. They were light and fluffy on the inside, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I served them with some warm marinara sauce and they were a hit!
