Warm Blueberry Cobbler image

this is a great dish for any get together's and the whole house smells so good while it cooks

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 c blueberries, fresh
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 c all purpose flour
1 c sugar
1 egg beaten
6 Tbsp butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. Put the berries into a baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the sugar, flour and egg stirring until it resembles a coarse meal.
  • 2. Spread this over the berries. Drizzle melted butter over the berries. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream on the side if you want.
