WARM BLUE CHEESE DIP WITH GARLIC AND BACON

Steps:
- 1. Put garlic in hot bacon grease and cook for about 1 minute. Remove.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350.
- 3. Put cream cheese and half and half in a medium bowl and beat until blended. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, and chives.
- 4. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
