These cookies are a great make-ahead treat. I made a batch a few weeks ago and they're still just as delicious.

These cookies were just okay. I thought the walnut and date swirl was a bit bland. Maybe I'll try adding some spices next time.

These cookies were delicious, but they were a bit too crumbly for my liking. I think I'll try chilling the dough for longer next time.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

Easy to make and delicious! The cookies turned out soft and chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness. I used dark chocolate chips instead of walnuts and they were still amazing.
