Walnut Blue Cheese Artichoke Salad image

1 head lettuce, shredded
8 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1 (8 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup walnut pieces
¼ cup pitted and chopped kalamata olives, or to taste

Steps:

  • Toss lettuce, Gorgonzola cheese, artichoke hearts, walnuts, and olives together in a bowl.
