WAGAMAMA SALAD DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 teaspoons finely chopped shallot
2.5cm (1in) piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
1 small garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
1.5 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon water
100ml (3.5 fl oz) vegetable oil
3 tablespoons light soy sauce

Steps:

  • whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl or screw top jar and set aside. this can be kept in the fridge for a few days
