Vlees Kroketten or Meat Croquettes image

For me this is a so-so recipe but it is fairly traditional. Be sure to let the meat cool all the way though or you'll never be able to form the patties. Most of the time comes in cooling the meat.

These croquettes were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my croquettes didn't turn out as crispy as I expected. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These croquettes were a bit too greasy for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try baking them next time instead of frying them.

I was a bit hesitant to try these because I'm not a big fan of croquettes, but I'm glad I did! These were absolutely delicious. The meat filling was tender and juicy, and the coating was perfectly crispy.
