Virginia Apple Pudding image

this is a very easy and cheap pudding that is very good and a good coming company dish

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 c melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c milk
5 apples, peeled and chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c flour

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small baking baking dish, combine butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth. In a small sauce pan, combine apples and cinnamon. Heat over low heat until apples are soft. Pour apples into the center of the batter.
  • 2. Bake at 375 in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until golden.
