Virginia Apple Pudding image

My next door neighbor Steve is a pretty darn good cook IMO, and he has given me permission to post and share another one of his favorites he made last night. I told him his other one got a 5 and I'll bet this one does too. Try it...you'll love it.

This pudding was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. Otherwise, it was a great recipe.

I've made this pudding twice now, and it's quickly become a family favorite. The apples give it a wonderful tartness that pairs perfectly with the sweet pudding.
